Radon Inspection 

  • ​$200

A radon test includes the placement of a continuous monitoring device in the home for at least 48 hours. Results will be provided within the following business day.

Water Testing

  • Basic: $85

Performed at a local lab and is required for all real estate transactions in Central/Southern Colorado.

  • Advanced: $300

Performed through National Testing Laboratories and checks for bacteria (Total Coliform and E-Coli), 22 heavy metals & minerals, 7 inorganic chemicals and 5 physical factors.

Engineering Services

Ridgetop Home Inspection is not an engineering firm, nor do we provide engineering services. All engineering services are provided by a qualified engineer through a partnership with Noble Engineering Services. ​
